Based on the iconic silhouette of the laceless Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl, the Adidas Paris Pack Ace PureControl boots fade from blue at the front towards black at the back, connected through a red speckle pattern, a look that echoes that of Euro 2016 final ball, Fracas.
The Adidas stripes, placed on the outside of the blue-and-black Adidas Ace PureControl Paris soccer boots, are white, while the sole plate features a soft gradient from black to blue. Gold Adidas Performance logos are present on the front and back tabs of the Adidas Paris Pack PureControl boots, possibly further connecting them to the Euro 2016 final that is due to be played in Paris on July 10.
As all previous releases, the blue Adidas Ace 16+ PureControl cleats boast a laceless construction that aims to offer a larger, cleaner striking surface. Stability is ensured through an elaborate Primeknit construction spanning from the heightened collar to where the lacing would normally sit, as well as below the outer cover of the shoe.
Retailing at the same price as regular Adidas Ace 16+ soccer cleat launches, the black-and-blue Adidas Ace PureControl 2016 boots are already on sale in limited quantities. It's not clear whether they'll be sported by some of Adidas' players at the tournament as well.
